Q.Do you have a showroom?
A. We are doing our best to make our goods most affordable for you. This is why we don't have a showroom. We ship directly from the warehouse to you.
Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in Europe, Australia,US & Asia. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 10 days for all orders to arrive in SA, depending on the postal service performance. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by Customs or any other Governmental Service.
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.
Q. Where can I place an order from?
A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.
Q. Is shipping really FREE?
A. Yes, Standard shipping is Free Worldwide. You are welcome to request an Expedited Shipment, additional charges for the courier company will apply. Email us for details.

Q. Where is your company located?
A. We have an office in the South Africa; Supply warehouses are in: Australia, Europe, USA and Asia.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.
Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. For most goods you will not have to pay customs, but it depends on the content and quantity of your order.
Q. Price Match Guarantee.
A. We will provide the discount upon a verifiable proof of the same product available in SA for the lower price. Valid for the products with "Price Match Guarantee" sticker only

What is lay-by? It is a facility where we reserve items on your behalf, which you pay for over a period of time. You will then be able to collect the items you have chosen, once the full payment has been made |

How does EWT lay-by work? Shop for your items, pay a deposit as stipulated on the product page. You must then make a minimum of one payment every month until the goods are paid off in full. This must be done over the total lay-by period of 3 months. |
